9.Conduct technical product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations to potential clients.
10.Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical audiences.
11.Customize product demos to address specific client needs and requirements.
12.Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
13.Assist the customer in the evaluation of products or solutions through the sales process.
14.Work with the support team to resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise post-sale.
15.Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
16.Provide feedback to product development teams on customer requirements and industry demands.
17.Lead technical negotiations, ensuring a clear understanding of client expectations and requirements.
18.Close sales deals effectively, balancing technical feasibility with customer needs.
19.Work closely with the engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product offerings.
20.Communicate customer feedback and market insights to help improve products and sales strategies.
