Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry, including contractors, builders, architects, and project managers.
Generate new business opportunities by cold calling, networking, and attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects using CRM tools to track and follow up on sales opportunities.
Present and demonstrate the company€™s construction products, services, or solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition.
Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions to meet their needs, whether it€™s materials, equipment, or services.
Provide technical information and support during client meetings, working closely with internal teams (engineering, technical support) when needed.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, managing ongoing communications, updates, and product/service deliveries.
Seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and market demands within the construction industry.
Conduct market research to understand competitors, pricing, and emerging opportunities or challenges in the industry.
Monitor competitor activity and analyze customer feedback to identify potential areas for product or service improvement.
