- Develop and implement sales strategies to target healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and individual patients.
- Identify opportunities for new business by researching market trends and understanding client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key clients, and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing solutions for their diagnostic requirements.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to understand the competitive landscape.
- Identify market gaps and propose new services or improvements to meet client needs.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the company€™s diagnostic services.
- Identify, contact, and qualify new leads in both B2B (hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers) and B2C (individual patients).
- Work closely with the sales team to align efforts and maximize customer acquisition.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the marketing team to help refine marketing strategies.
- Educate clients about the range of diagnostic services offered, including explaining test procedures, timelines, and results interpretation.
- Contribute to digital marketing initiatives, including managing social media accounts, SEO optimization, email marketing, and content creation.
- Track and report on sales performance, lead generation activities, and marketing campaign results.
- Develop strategies to retain existing customers and encourage loyalty, such as offering incentives, discounts, or exclusive services for regular clients.
- Introduce and promote new diagnostic services or technologies as they become available.
- Work closely with medical professionals, lab technicians, and other technical experts within the company to ensure accurate communication of service capabilities and results.
