- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and generate new business opportunities for industrial oxygen, medical oxygen, and acetylene gas products.
- Identify and pursue potential clients in various sectors (industrial, healthcare, etc.), build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the technical aspects, applications, and safety standards of industrial oxygen, medical oxygen, and acetylene gas to effectively communicate product value to customers.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to adapt marketing and sales approaches accordingly.
- Manage contract negotiations with customers, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms while maintaining company profitability.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based promotions, to increase brand awareness and generate leads for gas products.
- Track sales performance and forecast future sales to meet or exceed targets, providing regular reports and analysis to management on sales trends and customer feedback.
- Ensure that all sales and marketing efforts comply with industry regulations and safety standards related to industrial gases, such as DOT, FDA (for medical gases), and ISO certifications.
- Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring product delivery, technical assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues related to the gas products.
- Manage and optimize online presence through digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC campaigns, social media, and content creation to drive online sales for gas products.
- Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of industrial and medical gases, while maintaining product quality and safety.
