- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand the company's market share in the construction industry.
- Identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and markets.
- Lead efforts to acquire new clients, including contractors, developers, architects, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage and motivate the sales team, setting clear sales targets, performance expectations, and KPIs.
- Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge of the construction industry.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, bids, and tenders for construction projects, ensuring all client requirements are addressed.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to track progress toward revenue targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights on performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Work with the finance department to develop budgets for sales activities and projects.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the company€™s products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Oversee the negotiation and signing of contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and mutually agreed upon.
- Identify potential risks in the sales process or with specific clients and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
