5. Contact prospective clients through cold calling, emails, or social media to generate sales opportunities.
6. Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the company€™s logistics solutions.
7. Understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
8. Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings in the logistics industry.
9. Analyze customer needs to recommend the most suitable logistics services.
10. Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the sales team or management.
11. Work towards meeting and exceeding sales goals by consistently driving new business.
12. Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
13. Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely and accurate service fulfillment.
14. Maintain accurate records of sales calls, meetings, and other activities in the CRM system.
15. Submit regular reports to the sales manager regarding sales progress, challenges, and market feedback.
16. Develop a deep understanding of the company's logistics services, including freight forwarding, warehousing, supply chain management, etc.
17. Educate clients on the benefits and value propositions of the services.
18. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
19. Collect feedback from clients to improve service offerings and resolve any issues that may arise.
