1. Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations for watches based on their preferences and requirements.
2. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the various watch brands, models, features, and pricing, and effectively communicate this information to customers.
3. Drive sales by meeting or exceeding individual sales targets, promoting special offers, and upselling additional products or services.
4. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, offering solutions, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
5. Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring the showroom displays are well-organized, and maintaining product availability for customers.
6. Handle customer transactions, including payments and refunds, and ensure that all sales records are accurately updated.
7. Assist in organizing and maintaining attractive product displays to highlight key products and promotions.
8. Build strong relationships with existing customers, encourage repeat visits, and maintain a database of customer preferences for future communication and promotions.
9. Stay updated on the latest trends in watch fashion, new arrivals, and competitor products to offer customers the most relevant choices.
10. Work closely with the store manager and team members to ensure smooth store operations, share insights, and contribute to team sales goals.
11. Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
12. Support and promote any marketing or promotional activities conducted by the showroom, including events, discounts, or new product launches.
