3. Customer Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate products, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and potential clients to increase customer retention and repeat business.
5. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for customers, showcasing key features and benefits, and answering any product-related queries.
6. Order Management: Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
7. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs through proactive sales strategies and relationship management.
8. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams and improve sales strategies.
9. Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as referrals, events, exhibitions, social media, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
10. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
11. Customer Support: Address customer queries and resolve any issues related to product availability, delivery, and after-sales service in a timely and professional manner.
