1)Actively promote and sell the bank's products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products to both existing and potential customers.
2)Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty, addressing any concerns or queries they may have regarding banking products.
3)Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively selling the bank€™s products and services to individuals and businesses.
4)Provide detailed presentations to customers on the benefits and features of various banking products, ensuring they fully understand how these products meet their needs.
5)Recognize opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional banking products to customers based on their individual financial needs.
6)Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to offer competitive solutions and maintain a strong understanding of the financial sector.
7)Assist customers in completing application forms, providing required documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new accounts and services.
8)Collaborate with credit and risk departments to assess the financial health and eligibility of customers applying for loans or credit products, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
9)Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the bank€™s CRM system. Prepare reports for management on sales progress, market trends, and customer feedback.
10)Ensure all sales activities and customer interactions comply with banking regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) practices, and internal policies.11)
11)Regularly follow up with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction with banking services and identify opportunities for further sales or improvements in service.
