- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote construction chemicals to project managers, contractors, architects, and other decision-makers within the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- Identify new projects and potential leads by networking with industry professionals, attending industry events, and leveraging existing client referrals. Proactively seek out opportunities for the company’s products in upcoming construction projects.
- Have a strong understanding of the company’s product range (e.g., adhesives, sealants, coatings, waterproofing chemicals) and effectively communicate their benefits and applications to clients. Provide technical support and guidance during the sales process.
- Prepare and present tailored sales proposals, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to project stakeholders, addressing their specific needs and project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, production, and technical support) to ensure smooth delivery of construction chemicals to project sites on time. Provide regular project updates and support to the sales team.
- Lead negotiations with clients regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms. Ensure agreements are signed in a timely manner while maintaining the company’s profitability.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and ensure the company remains competitive.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress. Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
