1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of video conferencing and smart classroom services.
2. Support senior operations staff in ensuring smooth execution of services, meeting client requirements, and resolving operational issues.
3. Communicate with clients to schedule video conference sessions and smart classroom setups.
4. Address any client concerns or technical issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
5. Ensure that clients are fully briefed on the operation of video conferencing and smart classroom equipment.
6. Help coordinate the logistics for video conferences, virtual meetings, and smart classroom events.
7. Ensure the timely setup of all technology needed for sessions, including video, audio, and presentation tools.
8. Provide on-site or remote support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
9. Maintain records of all operational activities, including session schedules, equipment usage, and client feedback.
10. Generate daily or weekly operational reports to track service usage, client satisfaction, and equipment performance.
11. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for future reference.
12. Assist with inventory management, including tracking the availability and condition of equipment.
13. Help in the procurement of new equipment or supplies when necessary, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
14. Keep records of inventory and assist in ensuring timely servicing or replacement of equipment.
15. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards during video conference sessions and classroom setups.
16. Monitor service quality and gather client feedback to suggest areas for improvement in operational processes.
17. Assist in implementing process improvements for smoother operations and customer satisfaction.
18. Assist in training new staff or clients on the proper use of video conferencing equipment and smart classroom technologies.
