2. Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key healthcare professionals, medical staff, and clients to ensure ongoing business and loyalty.
3. Keep up to date with the latest medical and pharmaceutical information about the company€™s products, their benefits, side effects, and industry trends to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
4. Conduct regular market research to understand competitor products, customer needs, and emerging trends within the healthcare industry to identify opportunities for growth.
5. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company through effective selling techniques, customer engagement, and territory management.
6. Arrange and conduct product presentations, meetings, and demonstrations with healthcare providers to educate them on the products€™ features, benefits, and proper usage.
7. Distribute samples of the pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and clinics to encourage trial use and generate interest.
8. Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and training sessions to improve product knowledge and stay informed about the latest developments in the medical field.
9. Manage a specific geographic area or territory, visiting healthcare professionals regularly to build a strong network and ensure product presence in key locations.
10. Track and report on sales performance, market conditions, customer feedback, and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planning.
11. Adhere to all regulatory requirements, ethical guidelines, and company policies when promoting and selling pharmaceutical products.
12. Respond to and resolve any queries or concerns from healthcare professionals regarding products, dosage, side effects, or pricing.
