1. Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
2. Work with department heads to understand staffing requirements and align hiring strategies accordingly.
3. Ensure the recruitment process aligns with industry standards and company culture, particularly for technical roles related to optical fibre and router technology.
4. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees, including document verification, induction, and training.
5. Introduce new hires to company culture, values, and operational protocols.
6. Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems, providing support to managers in assessing employee performance.
7. Coordinate feedback sessions and assist in setting personal and professional development goals.
8. Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts, handling grievances, and facilitating open communication between staff and management.
9. Assist in the development and administration of compensation structures, salary reviews, and incentive programs.
10. Identify skill gaps and training needs within the company, particularly in areas related to technology, customer service, and compliance.
11. Ensure company practices and policies comply with local labor laws and industry regulations.
12. Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
13. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including attendance, performance reviews, and compensation data.
14. Promote a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with safety protocols, particularly in the technical and manufacturing areas.
