- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with
company goals.
- Developing, Implementing and managing IR policies and practices
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and
onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, performance
reviews, and employee benefits enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Expertise on recruiting and handling Blue Collar employees such as Drivers & Labours.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including office management, supplies, and
equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate and manage office activities, events, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for HR and administrative
purposes.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
- Ensure a safe and productive work environment by implementing and monitoring health and
safety policies.

Experience 8 - 13 Years
Salary 4 Lac 75 Thousand To 8 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
