- Lead, train, and manage hotel staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
- Create training programs to improve staff skills and maintain motivation.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor guest feedback (via surveys, online reviews, etc.) and implement necessary improvements.
- Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, ensuring profitability while controlling expenses.
- Monitor revenue streams and adjust strategies to maximize income (e.g., room rates, occupancy rates, event bookings).
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote the hotel and increase bookings.
- Ensure the hotel complies with all local health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance of the hotel property, ensuring that facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe.
- Monitor and manage room pricing strategies to optimize revenue while maintaining competitive positioning in the market.
- Work with senior management to develop long-term strategies for hotel growth and expansion.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective procurement of hotel supplies and services.
- Oversee the implementation of health and safety regulations, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times.
- Maintain regular communication with hotel owners or management company, providing updates on hotel performance, financials, and other key metrics.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, conferences, and banquets, ensuring seamless service for group bookings.
