- Manage and supervise all aspects of the hotel€™s food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet functions.
- Hire, train, and develop F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and supervisors.
- Conduct regular staff evaluations, set performance goals, and ensure team members adhere to hotel standards.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop and refresh the restaurant menu, ensuring it meets guest preferences and industry trends.
- Oversee inventory control for all food and beverage products, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste and spoilage.
- Manage purchasing, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure the best pricing and quality.
- Ensure all food and beverage products meet quality standards, presentation, and safety guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including food safety standards and local laws.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues related to food and beverage service.
- Ensure that guest complaints and special requests are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and manage the food and beverage department's budget, ensuring profitability without compromising quality.
- Analyze financial performance and develop plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of events, conferences, and banquets, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Create and implement operational policies and procedures for the food and beverage department, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Work with the marketing department to create promotional strategies for food and beverage offerings, including seasonal menus, special events, and discounts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with food and beverage suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging food and beverage innovations, and consumer preferences.F
