- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the diagnostic equipment offered by the company, including its features, benefits, and how it meets customer needs.
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, medical labs, and healthcare facilities, and proactively reach out to generat new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers to showcase the benefits of the diagnostic equipment.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close deals while maintaining profitability and company policies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry changes to effectively position and promote diagnostic equipment.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
- Order Processing: Handle order placements, follow up with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery, and resolve any issues related to orders.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, product training, and addressing any customer queries related to the equipment.
- Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends to senior management.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and improve brand visibility in the market.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, healthcare regulations, and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
