- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share for diagnostic equipment in the healthcare industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company’s diagnostic equipment, features, benefits, and technical specifications to provide expert advice to clients and demonstrate the value of the products.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities by prospecting new clients, following up on leads, attending industry events, and networking within the healthcare sector.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations of diagnostic equipment to key stakeholders, showcasing how it meets their needs and delivers value.
- Negotiation & Closing Sales: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to position the company’s diagnostic equipment effectively in the marketplace.
- Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve sales targets by managing accounts and ensuring consistent sales performance. Report regularly on sales metrics, forecasts, and performance to management.
- Customer Support & Follow-up: Provide post-sales support to clients, including installation, training, and troubleshooting. Address any concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Technical Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns, and with the technical team to address customer requirements and feedback.
