- Accurately input data into company databases and systems, including customer details, vehicle inventory, service records, and sales transactions.
- Ensure that all data entered is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of automobile inventory, including vehicles in stock, parts, accessories, and other related products.
- Track stock levels and provide reports on inventory status, ensuring that discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Track and manage customer orders, ensuring timely processing, invoicing, and delivery.
- Support the sales team by maintaining accurate transaction records, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
- Accurately input and update customer contact information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
- Enter and maintain service records for vehicles, including service history, maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts used.
- Maintain organized records of documents, including vehicle manuals, repair histories, sales invoices, and warranty information.
- Ensure physical and digital records are correctly filed, backed up, and retrievable when needed.
- Review and validate data entries to ensure they are correct and complete.
- Identify errors or inconsistencies in data and correct them promptly.
- Assist in generating regular reports on vehicle inventory, sales data, service records, and customer information for internal use.
- Provide support in preparing data for reports that are used by management, sales teams, and finance teams.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and inventory teams to ensure smooth data flow and accurate record-keeping.
- Work with the finance team to ensure accurate billing information is entered for customer purchases or services rendered.
- Import data from external sources (e.g., vendor lists, external customer databases) into company systems.
