Handle incoming calls from international customers regarding customer support, billing enquiry & CSAT.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Listen actively to customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Work closely with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Ensure all customer information is accurate and updated.

Experience 1 - 6 Years
Salary 2 Lac 25 Thousand To 3 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.

Qualification Higher Secondary, Secondary School, Professional Degree, B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Com, Other Bachelor Degree
