10. Ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, updating customers on the status of their orders.
11. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company€™s products, services, and policies to provide informed recommendations to customers.
12. Offer tailored solutions based on individual customer needs and preferences.
13. Collect customer feedback on products and services to help the company improve its offerings.
14. Report recurring issues or customer pain points to management to identify potential improvements or product developments.
15. Build strong and lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
16. Promote customer loyalty by ensuring a positive experience and by providing proactive support.
17. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company€™s CRM system.
18. Ensure all data is kept up to date and compliant with the company€™s data protection policies.
