- Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, or offers.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Handle complaints or issues professionally, escalating them to the appropriate team if needed.
- Record and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and KPIs.
