1. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners such as nurseries, garden centers, landscapers, retailers, and distributors.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new channel partners to drive business growth.
3. Achieve sales targets for the region by effectively managing and expanding the network of channel partners.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of the area to drive the growth of plant sales, maintenance services, and other related products.
5. Promote the company€™s range of plantation products, including various types of trees, plants, fertilizers, and maintenance services.
6. Educate channel partners on the benefits and features of the company€™s products, including proper care, maintenance, and plant health.
7. Organize and participate in workshops, demonstrations, and events to promote plant products and services.
8. Conduct market research to identify trends, demands, and opportunities within the plantation, horticulture, and landscaping industry.
9. Gather customer feedback and market insights to adapt sales approaches and improve product offerings.
10. Provide ongoing support to channel partners, helping them address customer queries, handle complaints, and resolve any issues related to the company€™s products or services.
11. Maintain accurate records of sales performance and pipeline activities for the assigned area using CRM tools.
12. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.
13. Monitor inventory levels at channel partner locations to ensure consistent product availability.
14. Work closely with marketing teams to create awareness of the company€™s products and services within the assigned region.
15. Develop competitive pricing strategies in collaboration with the management team to increase sales and market penetration.
