1. Processing Sales Transactions: Handle the documentation and processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all forms and agreements.
2. Customer Data Management: Maintain and update customer records in the bank's CRM systems, ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with privacy regulations.
3. Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the front-line sales team, including generating reports, preparing sales presentations, and managing communication with clients.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the bank’s products and services to provide accurate information and assist in the sales process.
5. Coordination Between Teams: Liaise with other departments such as compliance, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and resolve any issues promptly.
6. Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales performance reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in setting sales targets and strategies.
7. Documentation Compliance: Ensure all sales-related documentation, including contracts and agreements, are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Client Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring that all required paperwork and KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is completed.
9. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve post-sale queries, including discrepancies in orders, billing issues, and client complaints, escalating to the relevant departments when necessary.
10. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales activities and customer satisfaction levels, providing insights and feedback to the sales team to optimize future performance.
11. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling bank products to existing customers based on their profiles and needs.
12. Data Analysis: Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to support strategic decision-making in sales planning.
